On November 1, 2019, Mr. Ye Lin, vice general manager of the group, Mr. Liu Yajun, vice general manager and assistant chairman of the Group, was invited to attend 2019 graphene conference in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The conference which was hosted by Beijing Graphene Industry Innovation Center, Beijing Association for Advanced Carbon Industry Promotion, Zhejiang Graphene Manufacturing Innovation Center, Guangdong Graphene Innovation Center, was jointly organized by Sinopec Yanshan Petrochemical Company, the management committee of new material science and technology industry base to Beijing Petrochemical, China International Graphene Industry Union, entrepreneurship training camp to Peking University, etc. The 2019 graphene conference in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the launching ceremony of Incubation Park to Beijing graphene Industry Innovation Center were held in Fangshan District, Beijing.

Liu Yajun, deputy general manager and assistant chairman, took the theme of "Cracking the Puzzle of Graphene Industry", elaborated that the comprehensive utilization of graphene resources in the whole industrial chain is the guarantee of sustainable development, and the industrialization of graphene depends on the balanced development of industrial elements: resources, raw materials, materials, technologies, products, markets, etc.
