Mr. Liu is in charge of feasibility study of Dawudian project, construction planning, design scheme compilation, tailings comprehensive utilization, product design, enterprise standard compilation and the management of Matrass Architectural Design Institute. He was the general manager of a large state-owned enterprise and has completed planning, design, development and construction management of many large industrial projects.
