Mrs. Yang has worked long on operation and maintenance management of mining projects and railway projects in the early stage, before working in the Group's HR Department she has taken an occupation in China Construction First Building(Group) Corporation Limited and CRCC, she has participated in the operation and management of many large overseas projects with rich experiences. She is a Master of Arts and senior Russian translator, has been studied as a student overseas afforded by the Ministry of Education .
